BOIKO PROJECTS
BOIKO PROJECTS is a full-service construction company. We build homes and commercial buildings and renovate apartments and commercial interiors in Almaty and the Almaty Region.
We carry out construction using completed design documentation, from site preparation and foundations to building services, finishes and landscaping. If you need an architectural design or interior design, we involve the separate practice BOIKO ARCHITECTS (opens in a new tab).

Our approach
Construction starts with a plan
We review your design and site conditions, then discuss materials, the scope of work and the construction sequence. This forms the basis of our estimate.
We organise site work, material deliveries and checks at agreed stages. Questions about design decisions are clarified with the client and their designer.

The portfolio features joint projects by BOIKO PROJECTS and Asia Professional Group: Allur Auto, JAC, Chevrolet and GEELY car dealerships, the AVIS technical building, a site on Bartogayskaya Street, landscaping and interior solutions.
Asia Professional Group works in commercial construction and fit-out, custom furniture production, signage and information structures. This partnership connects construction work with interior furnishing and fit-out.

How we work together
Attention
to every stage
Before work begins, we agree on the estimate, materials, schedule and payment terms. The contract sets out the terms of cooperation and each party's obligations.
We build to the agreed documentation. Changes are discussed in advance, and stage results are checked and documented at acceptance.
