What data an enquiry contains

The form asks for your name and phone number or email address. You may also select a service and describe your project. Do not include documents, payment details or other information that is unnecessary for discussing the project.

The submitted data is used to respond to your enquiry, clarify the brief and discuss construction work. Consent to this processing is confirmed with a separate checkbox before the form is submitted.

Where enquiries are processed

After submission, the enquiry is stored in the website database on a PS.kz server in Almaty. A copy containing the name, contact details, selected service and project description is sent to the company's work mailbox through Gmail (Google). The email also includes the enquiry reference and time received. If an email address is provided as the contact, it is used as the reply-to address.

Enquiries are not published on the website. They are intended for staff who respond to enquiries and arrange discussions about the work. To clarify, change or delete information you have submitted, contact Valentin on +7 701 218 60 43.

Essential cookies

The website uses essential cookies for security and form functionality. They help protect enquiry submissions and display the result. Consent to optional analytics is not required to browse pages or submit an enquiry.

Website analytics

With your separate permission, the website loads Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. These services receive technical visit information: IP address, browser and device type, cookie identifiers, pages visited and referral source. This helps us assess traffic and improve the website.

These services are not loaded until you choose “Allow”. You can change your choice through “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookie retention periods depend on the respective service.

Our integration does not send your name, phone number, email address or enquiry text to analytics services. Parameters and fragments are removed from page URLs, and only the domain is sent for referral sources. A successful enquiry submission is recorded as a separate event without its content. Session recording (Webvisor), click maps and advertising personalisation are disabled.
