BOIKO PROJECTS is a construction company serving Almaty and the Almaty Region. We provide a full range of construction and renovation work, from site preparation and building construction to building services, final finishes and landscaping.
We build homes and cottages and construct and renovate commercial buildings using the client's completed design documentation. Our work covers foundations, walls, floor slabs, roofing and façades. You can engage us for a complete scope of work or a single construction stage.
We provide apartment, office and commercial interior renovation, including strip-out, preparation, base finishes and final finishes. We install heating, water supply, electrical and ventilation systems, coordinating building services and finishing work throughout the project.
Before work begins, we review the design and site, then clarify the required completion level, materials and specifications. We agree on the estimate, schedule and acceptance procedure, and organise the work and deliveries. Terms are set out in the contract, and changes are discussed in advance. Foundations, the building shell, building services, finishes and landscaping can be commissioned as separate stages. We agree on the scope and materials based on the design documentation and record them in the estimate.
Can I commission a single stage?
Yes. Tell us about the site's condition and the work you need. We will clarify the initial information, scope and coordination with work already completed.
What types of buildings do you construct?

What determines the cost of construction?
It depends on the floor area, documentation, site conditions, materials and specifications. A cost estimate requires an agreed scope and sufficient initial information.
How long does construction take?

What if I do not have a completed design yet?
