Work based on design documentation

Construction
methods

We carry out masonry and cast-in-place concrete work on residential and commercial sites using a completed design. Materials, structural dimensions and details are specified in the client's engineering documentation.

01 / Wall masonry

Aerated concrete

Large cellular concrete blocks are used for external and internal walls. During construction, we follow the masonry layout and junction details specified in the design.

  • Block thickness and specifications are defined by the documentation.
  • Reinforcement, bearings and lintels follow the design details.
  • Moisture protection and finishing work are agreed as part of the estimate.

02 / Wall masonry

Ceramic blocks

Porous ceramic blocks are used for wall masonry. Work follows the documentation and the manufacturer's requirements for the selected material.

  • The block type and wall build-up are determined by the design.
  • Openings, junctions and fixings follow the specified details.
  • Masonry materials are agreed before work begins.

03 / Masonry and cladding

Brick

Depending on its purpose, brick is used for load-bearing walls, partitions and facing. We carry out the masonry work specified in the design.

  • Material grade, thickness and masonry layout are specified in the documentation.
  • The wall build-up and insulation follow the agreed design.
  • Facing ties, cavities and moisture drainage follow the design details.

04 / Cast-in-place concrete work

Cast-in-place reinforced concrete

Cast-in-place concrete is used for foundations, floor slabs, stairs and structural frames. We carry out formwork, reinforcement and concrete work to the engineering documentation.

  • Geometry, reinforcement and concrete grade are determined by the design.
  • The concrete placement sequence is agreed in the work plan.
  • Concrete placement and curing conditions are taken into account.

The basis for our work

Completed design
and site conditions

Construction follows documentation that accounts for the site, engineering surveys and structural calculations. This documentation is supplied by the client.

Before each relevant stage begins, we clarify the scope and materials. Questions about calculations and design details are resolved with the client and their designer. Changes must be reflected in the documentation.
